Blackstone kicks off Memorial Day celebrations on Sunday with a parade and carnival featuring a craft fair, live entertainment, and amusement rides.

The parade starts at 1pm, followed by the carnival at Roosevelt Park, and ends with fireworks at 9:30pm.
