Norfolk SEPAC (Special Education Parent Advisory Council) is hosting its 7th annual trunk-or-treat event at H. Olive Day School's rear parking lot. All guests need to do is bring a costume, because SEPAC is providing the treat bags, and volunteers are showing off their decorated cars.

Allergen-free treat bags available.
