The South Side Irish Parade will step off at noon from 103rd & Western and proceed south down Western Avenue to 115th Street. The Parade Honoree will be the Beverly Area Planning Association (BAPA) that is celebrating its 75th year of improving and developing the Beverly Hills/Morgan Park community.
