Join the Essex Steam Train for a 2 hour ride through the Connecticut River Valley and explore the beauty of our natural surroundings in winter with Ranger Russ as your tour guide! Keep an eye out for eagles and other wildlife along the way.

Ranger Russ will host a ½ hour presentation about native snakes of the area and have some on board for up close and personal viewing! We can’t wait to learn more about our scaly friends and how to best live in harmony with them, as well as which ones to avoid!
