This year's Open House NYC once again offers a hybrid of virtual experiences, self-guided explorations, and in-person tours. Enjoy food trucks, pop-up eateries, outdoor activations, and more.

This year’s festival is 100% free to the public—no more $5 reservation fees for places that have restricted capacity. Instead of a first-come, first-served process, the window for making reservations launches on October 13 and stays open for 24 hours, and then tickets will be distributed via a randomized lottery.
Keep in mind: The majority of OHNY Weekend offerings are open access, meaning you can skip the lottery, embrace spontaneity, endure the occasional line, and enjoy public access to an array of exciting Weekend locations.
