Celebrate Noon Year’s Eve with a perfect event for those little monkeys who can’t make it to midnight. The fun even includes bubble wrap "fireworks" after the countdown.

The party is all day long, but make sure you arrive early for the countdown. A second count down will be held at 3pm for anyone who didn't make the noon countdown.
