Help farmers collect sap in the woods of Howell Living History Farm. Plus, make syrup in the sap house, and taste whole-wheat pancakes after a walk through the farmhouse kitchen.
Visitors can learn how to bring the operation into their own backyards, with tree tapping demonstrations every half hour from 10:30am-3pm.
Dress for muddy, icy, and windy conditions in the sugar bush.
Lunch is available for purchase.
