Schools are closed, so come to The New Weis Center for a guided hike that focuses on the beauty of nature that stands out during the winter months.

Take notice of life in the winter woods, talk about how plants and animals adapt, and search for some amazing examples of animals that have mastered survival in the winter. 

  • This is part of the Emerging Ecologists programs just for teens and tweens in grades 6-9.
  • Dress appropriately as the program will be held outdoors
