Reservations open five days in advance of each visit date, at 6:30am local time, so you need to make a reservation online five days before you want to see Santa (for example, to reserve a spot on December 16, plan to click the reservation link at 6:30am on December 11). There is only one appointment per customer and the Macy’s Santaland experience is free and open to the public.

An immersive digital experience is also available for families who prefer to see Santa from the comfort of home.

Santa heads back to the North Pole on Friday, December 24, so schedule your meeting before then!
