Best Indoor Play Spaces for Kids in Orlando

District Kids — Oviedo

Kids ages 2-10 can play and explore at this 5,000-square-foot venue complete with a jungle gym, sensory room, and creative play areas such as a diner, grocery store, construction zone, and veterinarian office. Just across the walkway is District Eat & Play, featuring an arcade, bowling, pinball, escape rooms, and a restaurant.

Jungle Zone — Tavares

This indoor bounce house venue in Lake County boasts wall-to-wall jungle-themed inflatables, including inflatable slides, jumpers, and obstacle courses. There is an arcade, café, free Wi-Fi, and a parent area with massage chairs. Jungle Zone also hosts a monthly toddler time event, exclusively for those 5 and younger.

Kidiverse — Orlando

This climate-controlled indoor playground and gym is designed for those still crawling to those 12 years old. Attractions include a jungle gym, interactive game room, climbing walls, ninja warrior course, kids' escape room, toddler play area, and more. Kidiverse also offers free Wi-Fi so parents can work while watching their children explore. Everyone (kids and adults) must wear non-skid socks (available for purchase onsite).

Kid’s Corner — Leesburg

Kid’s Corner is one of the newer indoor playgrounds in Central Florida. It features play houses, toys, a ball pit, and bounce houses. Kids must wear non-skid bounce socks: Families can purchase these on-site, or bring some from home. Kid’s Corner is adjacent to Via Entertainment’s arcade area, so older kids can enjoy arcade games while younger ones jump, climb, and play at Kid’s Corner.

KidsTown at the Orlando Science Center — Orlando

Orlando Science Center’s KidsTown boasts 11,000 square feet of interactive zones designed especially for ages 7 and younger. There are seven play zones, including an Orange Grove, ClimbTime playground, ToddlerTown, Drip Drop Splash water play area, craft studio, play theater, and a build area. After exploring KidsTown, check out the other three floors of exhibits that OSC offers, including Nature Works (with live animals), DinoDigs, and Our Planet.

Millie Moo’s Play Café — Orlando

Designed for those 8 years old and younger, Millie Moo’s has an indoor play area with climbing equipment, soft play structures, big toy cars, play houses, and more, plus they are constantly changing the play zones. Parents can relax in the cafe with a gourmet coffee while little ones play and explore. Book online for play sessions in two-hour increments.

Monkey Joe’s — Orlando, Winter Park

Monkey Joe’s is an indoor play park filled with fun inflatables, a jungle gym, toddler play area, and arcade. Both locations have a concession bar as well. The inflatable playground is geared toward ages 12 and younger, with a special mini monkey area for ages 3 and younger.

My Little Town Kids — Orlando, Sanford

With two locations to serve the community, this indoor play space is designed as its name suggests – a little town just for kids. Children can drive toy cars along the “road” to a market, fire department, and several other fun imaginative play areas. The equipment is geared toward ages 6 months to 8 years old, and kids 9-11 can play at a discounted rate. There is a separate gated area with soft equipment for babies to play.

O2B Kids — Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Oviedo

O2B Kids is structured a bit differently than other indoor play spaces included here. With purchase of a membership, families can enjoy unlimited daily visits to the play village, which includes a play café, mind gym, toddler play area, science lab, art studio, book nook, big toy play area, and even a rock climbing room. Memberships benefit kids up to 13 years old, and also include a variety of classes plus two hours of free daily drop-off care for 6-13 year old kids.

Princesses and Princes — Ocoee

Princesses and Princes features a huge Montessori-inspired play area for children up to 6 years old and includes a Cedarworks playset, train table, play kitchen, market, and more. Open weekdays for open play, and select weekends. Princesses and Princes also offers weekly events and classes such as arts and crafts, books and cookies, STEM, Spanish, and Music Mondays.

Free Indoor Play Areas for Kids in Orlando

Altamonte Mall Children’s Play Area — Altamonte Springs

There is an enclosed play area on the lower level of the Altamonte mall geared toward babies and toddlers. It has climbing structures, tunnels, and small slides.

Chick-fil-A — Multiple Locations

As Chick-fil-A locations begin reopening for inside dining, some Chick-fil-A indoor playgrounds might reopen as well. This varies by location as each one is individually owned and operated.

Florida Mall Play Park — Orlando

Inside the Florida Mall, just outside of the Crayola Experience, you will find a 3,000-square-foot, nature-themed play park inspired by Dr. Seuss and Alice in Wonderland. This interactive play area includes a story tunnel, piano patio, wind tube, digital pond, pixel wall, and much more.

Seminole Towne Center Kidgits Play Area — Sanford

Open to children up to 44 inches tall, the Seminole Towne Center's enclosed play area features small slides, climbing equipment, and baby play areas, as well as plenty of seating for parents.

World’s Largest McDonald’s — Orlando

Orlando is home to the “World’s Largest Entertainment McDonald’s,” which houses a massive play area and jungle gym on the second floor. There is also an arcade on the second floor, perfect for older kids.
