After a two-year break, Japantown Halloween Carnival at the Japanese Cultural and Community Center is back! Activities for little ghosts and goblins include Halloween crafts, spooky storytelling, performances, a haunted hallway, a bounce house, a parade, and a costume contest for the kids.
Prizes will be given out for the costume contest for the cutest, scariest, most creative, best overall, and most spirited group/family. The scary snack sale is onsite and supports city youth programs.
