Head to Ovid Hazen Wells Park for the 13th annual Kites Over Clarksburg. Visitors are invited to fly kites, participate in arts and crafts and games, and bring a picnic or box lunch.

Kites are available for purchase, or visitors may bring their own. Local charities will be collecting canned food, used eyeglasses, and hearing aids.
