Looking for New Year's Eve celebrations in Houston? There are several kid-friendly New Year's Eve celebrations in Houston that allow kids to ring in the New Year with their families in a safe, fun environment. Whether it's making a trip down to the Kemah Boardwalk to watch New Year's fireworks over the water or heading to the ever-popular Children's Museum of Houston for a kid-approved balloon drop and "Noon" Year countdown, you're sure to find a celebration to ring in the New Year with your little ones. And if a cough or sniffles has you housebound this New Year's Eve, the Story Pirates are throwing a free interactive celebration for kids online as well.
