Restaurants open on Thanksgiving in Orlando offer families the chance to breathe a bit when it comes to cooking and cleaning. Whether your family is vacationing in Orlando for the Thanksgiving holiday, or you live local and want a traditional Thanksgiving meal without the stress of prep, we’ve rounded up some of the best, family-friendly Orlando restaurants that are serving special menus for the holiday. Gobble ‘til you wobble at these yummy restaurants open on Thanksgiving in Orlando, as well as tasty spots at Orlando theme parks and resorts.

Because Orlando can get very busy during Thanksgiving week, we recommend making advance reservations to ensure your family has a spot—in fact, it may be impossible at some Orlando restaurants to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal without the reservation. That sentiment goes toward the theme park restaurants as well!

Latitude and Longitude at World Center Marriott – Orlando

$65.00 per adult; $25.00 per child 4-12; children 3 & under free

Enjoy a Thanksgiving buffet at Latitude and Longitude at World Center Marriott. Feast on a carving station featuring herb roasted turkey, boned-in ham, and roasted snapper. Traditional sides include bread stuffing, whipped potatoes, baked potato station, green bean casserole, and more. A soup, salad and bread buffet is also included, along with a dessert buffet. Served 1-8pm, reservations recommended.

$70 per adult (children’s menu available)

Start your Thanksgiving feast with savory appetizers as roasted butternut squash soup, creamy corn chowder, half-baked harvest salad, and more. Choose oven roasted turkey, slow cooked prime rib, or pecan-crusted salmon. Finish up with tasty desserts! Served 1pm-8pm, reservations recommended.

The Capital Grille – Orlando

$47 per adult; $17 per child

The Capital Grille’s Pointe Orlando location offers Thanksgiving dinner featuring turkey with stuffing, green beans with almonds, cranberry-pear chutney, and mashed potatoes. The full menu is also be available. The restaurant is open from 5-9pm, reservations recommended.

Hamilton’s Kitchen at The Alfond Inn – Winter Park

$79 per adult; $29 per child 5-12; children under 5 free

Restaurants open on Thanksgiving include The Alfond Inn at Rollins College. Hamilton’s Kitchen will be serving a chef-inspired Thanksgiving buffet featuring a variety of traditional holiday selections. Reservations required (two time slots available:12pm and 3pm).

Rodizio Grill – Orlando

$56.99 per person

Enjoy a Thanksgiving meal at Rodizio Grill Brazilian Steakhouse at Pointe Orlando. An expanded Thanksgiving menu includes traditional foods such as turkey, stuffing, sweet mashed potatoes, and more. As an added bonus, every family who dines at Rodizio Grill on Thanksgiving Day will receive a coupon for a "buy-one, get-one free" dinner that can be used in 2023. The restaurant opens at noon on Thanksgiving Day.

Rosen Centre Hotel – Orlando

$58.95 per adult ($65.95 at the door); $24.95 per child 4-11; children 3 & under free

Celebrate Thanksgiving at Rosen Centre Hotel with a buffet featuring classic holiday foods as well as global cuisine. Choose from traditional favorites, such as turkey and mashed potatoes, and exotic dishes, like green-lipped mussels and Banshoo sushi. A kids buffet is also available. Buffet is available from 11am-7pm. Reservations can be made online or by phone.

Rosen Shingle Creek – Orlando

Brunch: $89.95 per adult; $37.95 per child 4-11; children 3 and under free
Dinner: $75.95 per adult; $29.95 per child 4-11; children 3 and under free

Choose from a bottomless Thanksgiving brunch (11am-6pm) or a three-course Thanksgiving dinner (5:30-10pm) at Rosen Shingle Creek. The buffet offers a plethora of foods, such as omelet and waffle stations, make-your-own pasta station, breakfast pastries, Thanksgiving desserts, and more. Three-course dinners includes soup or salad, turkey or filet mignon with traditional Thanksgiving sides, and chocolate pumpkin pudding for dessert. Reservations recommended.

Villa de Flora at Gaylord Palms – Kissimmee

$80 per adult; $40 per child 4-12; children 3 and under free with paying adult

Villa de Flora is located in the beautiful Gaylord Palms Resort, which boasts amazing holiday decor and activities. Tickets must be purchased in advance for the Thanksgiving dinner. Dinner includes traditional holiday foods as well as a Mediterranean buffet with seasonal food stations inspired by foods from Spain, France, Italy, and more. Time slots available from 12-7:30pm.

Orlando Theme Park Restaurants Serving Thanksgiving Meals

Garden Grill at Walt Disney World’s Epcot Center – Lake Buena Vista

$55 per adult; $36 per child 3-9

Garden Grill is one of Walt Disney World’s most unique restaurants, offering a character meal (Mickey and friends in farmer garb). The entire restaurant rotates, and diners can view scenes from the Living with the Land attraction. For Thanksgiving, roasted turkey with stuffing and apple cake with caramelized apples are added to a delicious menu that includes grilled beef, mashed potatoes, and Southern-style spoon bread. Available 11:30am-8pm, advanced reservations highly recommended. 

Amatista Cookhouse at Universal Orlando's Sapphire Falls Resort – Orlando

$75 per adult; $35 per child 3-9

This Caribbean-inspired restaurant serves Thanksgiving dinner buffet style, with traditional holiday favorites. While you enjoy a sumptuous dinner, kids are entertained by a face painter, balloonist, and appearances by Universal Orlando’s popular characters.  Available 11am-9pm, reservations are recommended.

Whispering Canyon Café at Walt Disney World’s Wilderness Lodge – Lake Buena Vista

$45 per adult; $27 per child 3-9

Available from 12-10pm, Whispering Canyon Café offers a three-course Thanksgiving feast. Guests start with a house salad and a Thanksgiving skillet featuring all-you-can-eat, oak-smoked turkey and barbecue. Complete the meal with a seasonal dessert sampler. Advanced reservations recommended.

Hollywood & Vine at Walt Disney World’s Hollywood Studios – Lake Buena Vista

$59 per adult; $38 per child 3-9

Celebrate Thanksgiving with Mickey and friends in seasonal attire at this all-you-can-eat buffet. In addition to delightful dishes like herb-crusted tenderloin steak, seared salmon, and roasted pork, Thanksgiving add-ons include turkey breast, turkey gravy, cornbread stuffing, and cranberry relish. Available 11:30am-8pm, advanced reservations highly recommended.

Shark’s Underwater Grill at SeaWorld Orlando – Orlando

Shark's Underwater Grill overlooks the massive aquarium from the Shark Encounter attraction next door. Seasonal entrees, available Thanksgiving through Christmas, include fried turkey breast topped with roast turkey gravy and bourbon, vanilla-glazed smoked ham. Sharks does not accept online or phone reservations, but same-day reservations can be made at the podium, starting at 11am. (Request a table by the tank!)

Islands Dining Room at Universal Orlando’s Royal Pacific Resort – Orlando

$75 per adult; $35 per child 3-9; children 3 and under free

In addition to turkey, stuffing, and the usual Thanksgiving fare, the sprawling menu at this tropical-themed restaurant features a raw bar, charcuterie display, stir-fry station, and more. Entertainment for kids includes a balloon artist and hula dancers. Available 11am-9pm, reservations recommended.

Liberty Tree Tavern at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom – Lake Buena Vista

$39 per adult; $21 per child 3-9

Enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving feast at this charming colonial New England Inn. Feast on the sumptuous and bountiful Patriot's Platter, which includes roasted turkey, Pennsylvania pot roast, and oven-roasted pork, with traditional sides. Available 11am-9pm, advanced reservations highly recommended.

The Kitchen at Universal Orlando's Hard Rock Hotel – Orlando

$75 per adult; $35 per child 3-9; children 3 and under free

The Kitchen at Universal Orlando’s Hard Rock Hotel serves a Thanksgiving Day buffet with items like chilled seafood bar, carving station with turkey and ham, cornbread stuffing, sweet potato casserole, and more. Kids can enjoy chicken tenders, mac and cheese, French fries, and baked rigatoni. An expansive selection of desserts are available on the buffet. Available 11am-9pm, reservations highly recommended.

City Works Eatery & Pour House at Disney Springs – Lake Buena Vista

$40 per adult turkey dinner; $20 per child turkey dinner 10 years and under

Located at the Disney Springs entertainment district, City Works serves Thanksgiving favorites such as herb-roasted turkey, stuffing, corn casserole, mashed potatoes, and more. Dessert options include baked cookie dough and s’mores dip and are available at an additional cost of $10 each. Reservations can be made through OpenTable.

Trattoria del Porto at Universal Orlando's Portofino Bay Hotel – Orlando

$80 per adult; $37 per child 3-9; children 3 and under free

Enjoy a bountiful Thanksgiving Day buffet at Trattoria del Porto with a menu featuring a salad station, seafood station, chafing dishes, carving station, desserts, and more. Diners will also enjoy live music and face painters. Available noon-9pm, reservations recommended.
