Doo Dah Parade

The Doo Dah Parade is returning from hiatus!
The 44th iteration of the eccentric Doo Dah Parade treats onlookers to all that is quirkiest in Pasadena—and a high-ranking item from our 100 Things To Do with LA Kids list.
America's favorite "other parade" is known for its colorful and irreverent satirical spin on the Rose Parade. Note that the event is definitely off-beat. It's all in good fun and is generally a kid-friendly event, but some participants could appear a little more risqué than in a traditional parade. Groups like Amnesty International could be flanked by the likes of Howdy Krishna, Zombies of Debt, Snotty Scotty & the Hankies, or the Disco Drill Team.
This year the procession returns to Old Pasadena; specific step-off location details are still to be announced.
Spectators are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.
