Campfire Program: Planet of the Apes Screening
Did you know that the 1968 classic film Planet of the Apes was filmed in Malibu Creek State Park? Watch this classic sci-fi movie in the place where all the movie magic happened. Dress warmly and bring your own popcorn for the show.
The movie is shown at the Malibu State Creek Park ampitheater near the campground.
Park in the Main Trailhead Parking Lot (lower lot) and follow signs to the ampitheater. Parking attendants can also give directions.
While this event is free, parking costs $3 per hour with a $12 maximum.
