To celebrate our Nation’s 247th birthday, the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library is hosting a day full of fun, free family activities.
A new statue of Sally Ride, the first American woman in space, is unveiled as a part of the Independence Day ceremonies at 12pm.
This year’s celebration includes patriotic concerts, family entertainment, face painting,lawn games, a sack race, a water balloon toss, crafts, and more. President look alikes wander the grounds to tell stories.
All 4th of July activities are free; admission rates apply to view the Reagan Museum, Air Force One Pavilion and the Library’s current temporary exhibit, Auschwitz Exhibit: Not long ago, not far away.
