Remember Coco? The El Capitan does and is bringing back the award-winning Disney-Pixar feature for a limited run. Prior to the show guests are treated to a performance by the Mariachi Divas and the Ballet Folklorico de Los Angeles, followed by a Fiesta of Lights, featuring music from the film. After the show, be sure to stop by the photo op in the theater featuring a replica of Ernesto de la Cruz's iconic guitar.
About the film: Disney-Pixar ventures into the Land of the Dead with Coco. Miguel dreams of becoming an accomplished musician, despite his family’s baffling generations‐old ban on music. Desperate to prove his talent, Miguel finds himself in the stunning and colorful Land of the Dead following a mysterious chain of events. Along the way, he meets charming trickster Hector, and together, they set off on an extraordinary journey to unlock the real story behind Miguel's family history. Parking rates at the Hollywood & Highland Center are $3 for up to four hours with validation from El Capitan Theatre.
