The Discovery Cube OC's holiday exhibit goes inside the kitchen, where much more is going on than pouring and mixing – it’s science at work! 

As the state's largest gingerbread competition and display event, the annual competition receives hundreds of creatively constructed gingerbread sculptures from contestants across the Southland. The contest invites family and friends, young and old, to try their hand at 'baking spirits bright' this year.

Guests can also enjoy several holiday hands-on treats including a scrumptious cookie decorating station, a winter weather station, storytimes, interactive activities, and weekend visits with Santa!

The Science of Gingerbread exhibit is running at Discovery Cube's LA location as well.
