The clocks are set ahead so that kids can feel like they're ringing (and rolling) in the new year in the afternoon while they roller skate their way to 2023 and a huge balloon drop at 3pm.

Hats and noisemakers are included in admission. Skate rental is extra.

Note that teens might prefer the party that starts at 8pm and goes until 1am. Those tickets cost $18 and also feature a party with balloon drop at the real midnight.
