Get your Easter or Passover celebrations off to an amazing start! From family-friendly events like the annual South Street Promenade, where you can dress up and win a prize, to the Sesame Place Passover Event featuring stories and a sing-along, there is something for everyone this weekend. Easter, Passover, and Earth Day mean lots of fun for kids in Philly this April! Don’t miss our favorite kid-friendly events and activities in Philly this month.

Philly springs into action this April, so get ready for warm weather and lots of outdoor activities. Soak up the sun with a stroll through the Subaru Cherry Blossom Festival or find an egg hunt near you with Easter Bunny appearances. April is Earth Month, so celebrate at Earth Fest in Ambler. Don't forget classic favorites getting new makeovers: Dilworth Park turns retro roller rink with fresh activities, plus there's an awe-inspiring new exhibit opening at the Philadelphia Zoo filled with giant dinosaurs and enormous insects!

Let Betsy kick off Women's History Month at her house in Philly, then sweeten up your life with sappy sugary goodness. At Peace Valley Nature Center or Fox Chase Farm, you can learn the secrets of making maple syrup on Maple Sugar Day. February brings so many things to do in Philly, from Black History Month, to Valentine's Day, to Presidents Day Weekend, to the Eagles Super Bowl!

With the Eagles headed to Super Bowl LVII, this February in Philly will be one for The Birds! Wear your green, teach your kids the fight song, and get ready to watch our Eagles fly. In other news...move over Harry--it's Mickey's turn at the Franklin Institute, where the world premiere of Disney100 opens mid-month with all the behind-the-scenes Disney magic you can handle.  Car enthusiasts can kick off their month at the Philadelphia Auto Show, back by popular demand. Celebrate Black History Month at the National Liberty Museum, Betsy Ross House, or at Smith Playground's annual Leaders and Legends exhibition. On Presidents Day, bring your toughest questions about the nation to a Kids Town Hall at the National Constitution Center. Also this month, Chilly Philly Mini Golf gets a Valentine's Day makeover, so don't forget to tee off at with your sweethearts in tow.
