The historic Mills Mansion is open for self-guided tours and beautifully decorated for the holiday season. Guests can reserve a timed-entry spot to stroll through the mansion’s main floor at their own pace and enjoy the festive decorations. Docents will be stationed throughout the house to answer questions and provide direction. The site’s shop—filled with wonderful gift items—is available for holiday shopping.

Visitors can also enjoy the estate grounds (now Mills Memorial State Park) free, sunrise to sunset every day. The park offers strolls along the Hudson River, sledding on a hill overlooking the river (named one of our Best Sledding Slopes in the Hudson Valley), and hiking on woodland trails between Mills and Norrie State Parks.

Reservations are required and payment is at the door.
