Celebrate maritime craft and heritage with the National Boatbuilding Challenge (teams of two have four hours to build a 12-foot boat that they then relay race), plus an Antique & Classic Boats Show with parade, woodworking demos, kid-friendly activities, and lighthouse tours.

Vendors and food are also on the agenda.

The schedule is as follows:

  • Challenge Begins - 10:00 am
  • Antique & Classic Boat Parade - 12:00 pm 
  • Challenge Ends - 2:00 pm
  • Judging of Boats for Quality - 2:15 pm 
  • Rowing Relay Race - 3:00 pm
  • Awards Ceremony - 4:00 pm
